Delivery methods

Orders are shipped exclusively via Mondial Relay.
The collection point must be selected at the time of ordering.

Order preparation times are 3 to 5 working days.
After dispatch, delivery times are generally 3 to 5 working days.

Hand delivery

I live in Aix-les-Bains (Savoie). Hand delivery is only possible in Aix-les-Bains. To arrange this, please contact me on Instagram before placing your order: @lechoppedechloe

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are not accepted.

Due to the nature of the products offered (handmade creations, handmade textiles, dried plants, infusions and herbs), no returns can be made for reasons of hygiene, safety and traceability.
